As the Founder and CEO of ExpandCommunication, Dalyce helps brands grow by connecting them with the right media, in the right voice, for the right market. She’s spent over two decades leading cross-border campaigns for clients in technology, energy, health, wellness, and emerging innovation.

Canadian-born, Dalyce brings warmth, grit, and global perspective to everything she does. She studied international relations at the University of Saskatchewan and earned her MBA at Schiller International University in Europe, kickstarting her PR career at Open2Europe in Paris before founding the North American affiliate Open2America. Now, with ExpandCommunication, she’s building a new kind of global agency: one that fuses sharp strategy with cultural intuition, high performance with humanity, and AI-powered tools with real-world PR sense.

Her work has taken her from media tours at the major publishing houses in New York City, to CES product launches in Las Vegas, and from French innovation expos to nanocomposite manufacturing facilities for clean lithium extraction. Whatever the story is, Dalyce knows how to shape it, localize it, and amplify it.
